The last day of the month saw Louise & James’s wedding at a Hog Roast Arthurs Hill regular venue of ours – The Castlegate near Arthurs Hill. The room & tables looked stunning, there was a Scottish family theme with tartan, kilts, flags & Tunnocks chocolate teacakes, and a fantastic Ceilidh with nearly all 150 guests rocking it out on the dance floor.
As well as drinks service, we served: Traditional Hog roast Arthurs Hill, plus slow-roasted beef & chicken with all the trimmings, roasted seasonal veg & Rosemary roasted potatoes – followed by platters of fresh fruits & miniature cakes. For the evening food it was leftover meats, a selection of delicious artisan bread rolls, and an amazing board of Northumberland cheeses.
It was a great day and our best wishes for the future go to the happy couple. Hog Roast Arthurs Hill were all shattered afterwards though, and very grateful for the bank holiday!
