We’re really warming up for Christmas here at hog roast Belsay, and as much as I’m looking forward to the big day I’ve been having a whale of a time with the preparations, it’s my favourite time of year. I’ve done the decorating around the house – got the Christmas Tree up early when I had a day off last week, because it’s been absolutely hectic the last few days, and I’ve been grabbing spare moments to string up cards, hang wreaths and wrap just about everything in the building in tinsel. It’s going to be a very glittery Christmas in the hog roast hire Belsay premises. And the festive atmosphere’s not the only thing warming up – I’ve got a Christmas hog on the go at the moment, slow cooking for a big party later on today, and that looks like it’s warming up nicely! My team have got everything under control, so I thought I’d take ten and give you a quick update on our seasonal news. We’ve been dashing about all over the place serving up healthy portions of our Christmas turkeys – I feel a bit like Santa Claus trying to get round every house and make sure everybody who’s been good this year gets a great meal courtesy of hog roast hire Belsay! Fortunately I’ve got a great team of little elves helping me out and we seem to manage pretty well at making sure everybody’s Christmases are going with a bang. What’s the secret? Well, apart from that magic sprinkling of fairy dust and heavy handful of Christmas spirit, it’s all down to our beautiful rare breed hogs and top quality free range British turkeys. Only the best for our customers! And considering the magnificent machines we roast on, it’d be a shame to use anything but the very best ingredients. Our attention to detail means that you can be sure that the meats we roast have been sourced from only the best managed farms, and that striving for perfection runs throughout our whole business, from the smart presentation of our staff to the little things like making sure we cook our apple sauce fresh every day. Anyway, if all this sounds good to you – and I know it does – there’s still some space for New Year’s Eve hog roast Belsay, so get your order in quick!
