We’re really excited to be launching our fabulous new menu this week: Porchetta Italiana. Hog Roast the traditional Italian way! It’s a whole, boned out hog, marinated in Italian herbs, filled with our authentic Abruzzan stuffing, slow-roasted for 10–15 hours & served into Ciabatta rolls along with our homemade Apple & Chilli sauce. Additional sides include Rosemary & Garlic roast potatoes & Mediterranean salads or roasted vegetables. Porchetta is seriously good & has gone down a storm at Middlesbrough’s Orange Pip market. Next weekend we have our first private party booking for Porchetta with a hog roast in Crathorne & I’m sure the customers will love it. See photos of Porchetta & sides on our website.
