Wow ! what a unique venue we visited this weekend catering hog roast catering,Scarborough love hog roasts and there is nothing better than cooking up a beautiful hog roast in such a beautiful place.
It was a 50th Birthday held in a fun fair ! or a fun fair museum near Scarborough to be exact. An afternoon departure from Pig HQ picking up some of our staff on the way, across the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors, a quick pit stop in Whitby for some fish and chips for the crew on the way and arriving at the venue a mile or so outside Filey in plenty of time to prepare all the food fresh on site for our client.
The venue is amazing, the party was being held at The Scarborough Fair Collection which is a museum of historic fairground rides, vintage cars, tractors and steam engines one of the finest collections of its kind there is all collected and under one roof by the owner and proprietor Graham Atkinson.
The great thing about catering a hog roast Scarborough menu at this venue is that everything is working and when you book a party here its free rides for all your guests before they tuck into a great hog roast by your truly and then dance the night away in the ballroom.
The hog roast Scarborough catering went down a treat with lots of compliments, we did a hog roast Scarborough style catering and a great selection of salads, herb buttered potatoes, whole dressed salmon and a great selection of desserts, fruit platter and artisan cheeses. The staff at the venue could not have been more helpful and they let us use their kitchen which was great to have extra facilities although not necessary for a hog roast hire Scarborough event.
