To kick off the new year in style, a beloved independent brewery threw open its doors for an open day that beer lovers won’t soon forget. The occasion celebrated their newest craft beer release with a lineup of treats that could make any beer enthusiast’s heart sing. Guests enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour of the brewery, generous samples of the latest brews, and the rare chance to pick the brains of the skilled brewers behind the magic. But it wasn’t all about the beer—there was something equally tempting sizzling away: a hog roast feast, courtesy of yours truly!
Our Hog Roast Newcastle team was thrilled to cater this lively event, and the atmosphere was electric. People were in high spirits as they tucked into our signature hog roast rolls. Served on gluten-free buns, each roll was loaded with tender pulled pork, crispy crackling, savoury stuffing, and a dollop of applesauce – the perfect pairing with a cold pint.
